No. Your affirmations and recordings are stored durably on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your private iCloud database. They survive app updates and restores. If a recording ever cannot be found after a sync, Mantora tells you clearly and keeps your text safe, so nothing disappears silently.
Reminders are scheduled on your device and fire even if the app is closed. You can set the time, enable quiet hours, and (with Pro) choose a category per reminder.

Open the App Store, tap your account, tap Subscriptions, choose Mantora, and tap Cancel. You keep Pro until the period you paid for ends. If you cancel during a free trial before it ends, you are not charged. You can also reach this from Settings inside the app under Billing.
No. If you start the 7-day free trial, the charge date is shown in plain text before you subscribe, and Mantora sends you a reminder before the trial ends.
